Get to Know
Dr. Alison Han, DMD
For the past 23 years, Dr. Alison Han has worked at several dental clinics around the Redmond, WA area. Today, she is honored to bring the highest level of dentistry to her patients in Redmond. Dr. Han is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, French, English, and has basic Spanish skills, making her well-equipped to communicate with a wide range of patients.
Dr. Han completed her dental degree (DMD) at McGill University and went on to complete a residency in general practice at the University of Washington. She also studied at the Kois Center, a top-tier program for dentists looking to dive deeper into providing comprehensive patient care. This program covers everything from treating diseases to improving the look and function of patients' smiles — and it’s all grounded in evidence-based dentistry.
Driven by a love for learning and tackling complex health care problems, Dr. Han recently worked with a team to develop an AI tool aimed at making dental and medical offices run more smoothly. This project took over three years and involved creating a brand-new app from the ground up.
Aside from pursuing her passions, Dr. Han enjoys spending time with her two daughters. Through her eldest daughter, she continues to follow her love of crew. She is very involved with her youngest’s education and has gained extensive knowledge in neuroplastic therapies and research.

Dr. Reza, DDS
Dr. Reza earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2024. With a passion for preserving natural teeth, he focuses on endodontic care and is dedicated to providing patients with comfortable, high-quality treatment using the latest techniques and technology.
New to the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Reza is excited to become part of the local community. Outside the office, he enjoys exploring the region through hiking, staying active with fitness, and spending time on the water paddleboarding.
His goal is to help every patient feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Dr. Grace Song, DDS
Dr. Grace Song earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. After graduation, she relocated to Washington, where she continues to practice dentistry with a focus on patient-centered care and lasting oral health.
Dr. Song is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable in the dental chair while providing high-quality, comprehensive treatment tailored to each individual’s needs. In her free time, Dr. Song enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new restaurants in the area. She also loves relaxing with her pets and cherishes quiet moments with family and friends.

Herclinical expertise spans a wide range of procedures including restorative,cosmetic, surgical, and implant dentistry. She takes pride in maintaining thehighest standards of patient care, infection control, and clinical excellence —and is committed to creating an environment where both patients and the dentalteam can thrive.

Patient Coordinator
Celia is a Pacific Northwest native with an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Office Specialist. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including physical therapy, ophthalmology, and cardiology clinics. Celia is passionate about providing efficient administrative support and helping patients feel cared for throughout their healthcare experience. Outside of work, Celia enjoys spending time with animals, hiking the region’s beautiful trails, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with all her nieces and nephews.

Patient Coordinator
Jewels recently relocated fromEastern Washington and is excited to begin her dental career with our team. Sheenjoys getting to know each of her patients and building meaningfulconnections, with a special passion for helping children feel comfortable andconfident during their visits. Outside of the office, Jewels is studyingmarketing through WGU, and loves spending quality time with her son as well asmaking music with her band.

Executive Assistant to Dr. Han
Molly works closely with Dr. Hanto help create a seamless and positive experience for every patient. AsExecutive Assistant to Dr. Han, she supports the day-to-day operations of thepractice, helping ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for fromtheir first visit onward. She is passionate about building genuinerelationships, providing attentive support, and helping patients navigate theircare with confidence and ease.

Born and raised in Redmond, I havebeen a longtime patient of Essence of Dentistry and am proud to now be part ofthe team. I earned my degree in Neuroscience and previously worked as aresearch scientist, experiences that strengthened my attention to detail andpassion for patient care. Outside the office, I enjoy traveling, watching allkinds of sports, and spending time reading.
Helene Clancy
Hygienist
Helene fell in love with dentistry at a young age, and received her license in Dental Hygiene from Shoreline C.C. She attended further training at U.W. and other accredited institutions in advanced periodontal ultrasonic instrumentation and restorative performances and modalities. Her 40+ years of experience bring confidence to her patients. She enjoys helping people on multiple levels of education and prevention with an emphasis on oral preservation. Additionally, she is committed to being compassionate, gentle, and thorough. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in her church, hiking, running, skiing, gardening, and traveling.
